We guarantee our weld for 30 days. If your chain breaks at the weld site, you can reach via our contact page on the website for a re-weld free of charge. You MUST bring your chain with you, a new one will not be provided.
Although the pieces we use are durable they are not indestructible, please use care & caution. The daintier the chain the more fragile it is. We cannot offer free replacements, refunds, or discounts for lost or snagged jewelry. ALL sales are final once chain has been cut.

Will your chains break?! We warn everyone of catching, pulling & other everyday factors because some people are harder on their jewelry than others! BUT many clients have worn theirs for YEARS with success! The chains are pretty dang strong for how little they are! Did yours break? We guarantee our welds for 30 days! Otherwise, re-welds are $10.
How durable is permanent jewelry?
Yes, you can go through security wearing your permanent jewelry! Whether at an airport, a government building or an event space, you should have zero issues wearing permanent jewelry.
Can I go through airport security with my permanent Jewelry?
No, we use the number one permanent jewelry machine on the market, creating the safest permanent jewelry experience possible for our clients. One small spark & the process is done! A leather barrier is put between your skin & the machine to prevent contact. You also get to wear some pretty fancy glasses to protect your eyes!

Yes!! There is no additional fee to come to your house, bachelorette party or baby/bridal shower! I require 8+ girls to purchase permanent jewelry, not including the host. There is no limit on the amount of people you invite. The host will receive a free SS/GF bracelet or anklet!

Do you do private parties?
Unfortunately sterling silver & gold filled do not do well in hard water. If you notice your bracelet looks tarnished after your shower, this means you most likely have hard water! The only way around this is adding a clasp for removal or upgrading to 14K. 14K solid gold will hold its color against hard water. We recommend telling us prior to purchasing if you think you may have this so we can properly advise what metal type will work best for you!
Will my bracelet tarnish if I have hard water?
Simply snip the jump ring where we welded it with a pair of scissors.
Be sure to save the chain! We can re-weld the chain or add a clasp for you!
How can I remove my permanent jewelry?
If your permanent jewelry chain breaks or falls off, message our socials and we will set up a time to get it put back on you! We guarantee our welds for 30 days so if something happens we will reweld it free of charge. Beyond that, book an appointment for a $10 re-weld! So easy!
